Neil hails from the mountains of northeast Georgia where he grew up enjoying all aspects of the great outdoors. Whether it was trout fishing, coon hunting or working Neil was just happy to be outside. Neil best enjoys chasing the springtime gobbler. A turkey hunt high on a mountain ridge as a teenager has pretty much hooked him for life. Archery hunting also began to be appealing to Neil during college due to the detail and actual hunting which is required. Scouting, locating food sources and stand placement is as much fun as the hunt and just as important. Neil began hunting with Steven Archer in college and continued to do so over the years after leaving school. Neil believes that catching or shooting something is not the most important part of your outdoor experience. The ability to spend time outdoors with family and friends enjoying the natural beauty which surrounds us.

Steven is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys deer and turkey hunting as well as fishing. Steven began his outdoor career fishing as a young boy in what was then rural Gwinnett County. He began hunting as he got older shooting dove and quail. Steven began bowhunting deer while in college. He then took on the challenge of turkey hunting with great enthusiasm. Steven then met the infamous Neil Loudermilk while attending Southern College of Technogy. They began hunting together and still are. Steven enjoys the aspect of the hunt more than the kill. This is why he tends to enjoy bowhunting and turkey hunting for the close up action. Although he still enjoys rifle hunting later in the season.
